1. Problem Definition
During the 5 day face to face extensive program Team Takatuf PMI 2014 was born. For our first assignment we need to identify what stage we think our team falls in, in accordance to the Tuckman Model and to define the leadership style suitable for us. Dr. Tuckman has developed and published the Forming Storming Norming Performing model which is a tool used nowadays to define at what stage a team is in and how certain things have to change as the team develops such as leadership. This model was later on modified to include an additional phase called the adjourning phase.
