Having highlighted the importance of project charters and following the previous blog which discussed why sometimes the project charter are left out, this blog will discuss what are the implications of not having a project charter and how it can affect the overall project success.

This blog will try to identify the different stockholders to “HR Development Scheme” Project, which is an HR Project in Takatuf. The blog will also will distribute the stockholders to 6 major categories and will analyze their information, interest, influence, impact (execution). Impact (operation) to determine the importance of each stakeholder based on their analysis scare.
1. Problem Definition
Takatuf have introduced a program for project management development and invited 25 participants from 9 different companies. The program started with 5 face to face training, in which the 25 participants “ Takatuf PMI 2014” Team had to work together as a team to deliver certain deliverables.
The first assignment is to apply Dr. Bruce Tukman theory of group development, to the newly formed “ Takatuf PMI 2014” team to see where they fall in the different stages.
