OOC form a new company called “Takatuf Oman” to support OOC subsidiaries companies in HR and employees developments. One of its program is Oman PMI 2014 for a team from deferent OOC group Companies to help them to Pass PMP exam.
The problem in the W1 of the course is how to apply Tuckman tools to identify the situation of the team come from different companies and what type of management is required to manage the team.
